In Alsemberg, we thoroughly tackled a pitched roof of no less than 225 m². Since the existing roof covering contained asbestos, it was safely removed and properly disposed of in the first phase in accordance with the applicable regulations. An extensive but necessary step that also immediately prepares the house for the future.

After the remediation, the entire roof surface was insulated with PIR insulation boards. With 225 m² of insulation, this house in Alsemberg makes a significant leap forward in terms of energy performance. An investment that translates into lower energy bills and more comfortable living all year round.
