For this house, the entire pitched roof was renewed with special attention to insulation, finishing, and sustainability. The existing roofing was removed and replaced with a new, energy-efficient roof structure using high-quality materials and a meticulous finish down to the details.

Roof Renovation of Pitched Roof with Koramic Stormpan Roof Tiles in Wezembeek-Oppem

In this complete roof renovation, the focus was on comfort, insulation, and a sustainable finish. The old roofing was removed, after which the entire pitched roof was rebuilt with a new insulation layer of 14 cm PIR insulation, vapor barrier and underroof foil.

The house received a new finish with Koramic Pottelberg Stormpan 44 roof tiles in natural red color, combined with renewed ridges, facade tiles, and zinc works. The roof edges and overhangs were also neatly finished with sleek Rockpanel cladding, providing a modern and low-maintenance appearance.

During the works, existing Velux roof windows were partly retained and supplemented with new roof windows and electric shutters. This way, the house benefits again from extra daylight, better insulation, and more comfort under the roof.

Furthermore, the hanging gutters, roof foot profiles, valley gutters, and lead works were completely renewed to make the roof fully waterproof and future-proof again.
