Roof Renovation of Pitched Roof with Koramic Stormpan Roof Tiles in Halle

For this house, the existing pitched roof was completely renewed with new Koramic Pottelberg Stormpan 44 roof tiles in black glazed finish. The old roofing was removed, after which the roof was rebuilt with new battens and counter battens, vapor-permeable underlay foil and renewed ridge and facade finishes. Thanks to this renewed roof structure, the roof is once again better protected against wind and rain and ready for the coming years.

The details around the roof also received the necessary attention. The valley gutter was renewed in zinc and all connections between the house's roof and the neighbors' roof were made watertight again. Additionally, the flat roof at the back was renewed with a new roofing structure, extra PIR insulation and black aluminum roof edge profiles for a classic appearance.

At the back of the house, the upstanding roof edge of the chapel was finished with Rockpanel cladding in a dark grey tint, which nicely matches the black roof tiles and ensures the classic appearance of the whole. Existing overhangs, gutters, and rainwater drainage could be retained at the client's request.
