Slate Black Roof in Tervuren

Before we started this transformation, we had to make this roof asbestos-free. For this, we always take the necessary safety measures.

When you have your roof renovated, it's also an excellent time to immediately (extra) insulate. Did you know that up to 35% of the heat literally disappears through your roof? For this, we placed 14 cm PIR insulation on the outside and an additional 22 cm mineral wool. We sealed the whole with a vapor barrier.

As a finishing touch, the customer chose Koramic Datura roof tiles - Matte slate black glazed. These beautiful roof tiles mimic the color of real slates and with its flat structure, this ensures a beautiful and sleek end result.
