We are pleased to show you this beautiful project in Ternat today!

The roof consists of both a pitched and a flat roof section, both of which were renovated by us. The existing asbestos roofing was expertly and carefully removed and disposed of. For the flat roof, a vapor pressure distributing underlayer was installed and the pitched roof section was also fully insulated to current standards.

As new roofing, the client chose Koramic Pottelberg Stormpan 44 roof tiles in anthracite. On the flat roof section, a top layer of A-brand SBS was applied. The existing roof edges were raised with battens in impregnated wood.

For finishing, the roof edge under the façade tile and the box gutter were clad with Rockpanel. Rockpanel is a durable material that is also maintenance-free and does not discolor. The transition with the neighbor's roof was made watertight.

The result? Another great roof renovation and another satisfied customer!
