The flat roof

At the back, the flat roof was equipped with Sopralene Monoflex. This roofing contains no harmful materials and meets the standards for hygiene, humans, and the environment favorably. To prevent blistering, we laid a vapor pressure distributing underlayer.

To provide their house with natural light, the family chose Skylux skylights. These domes are made of polycarbonate, a material known for its durability and clarity. They let in a lot of light, making the spaces under the flat roof bright and inviting. Natural light can also help save on energy costs by reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day.

The benefits of PIR insulation

For the insulation of their flat roof, the family chose PIR insulation boards. These insulation boards have a high R-value, meaning they insulate excellently. Their lightweight allows you to insulate extra well without overloading the roof structure.

The finishing

For the finishing of their roof edge, the family chose Rockpanel. This material is not only durable and weather-resistant but also aesthetically appealing. It can be supplied in different colors, allowing it to be perfectly matched to the look you want to create for the house.
